The Seven Chakras or Energy Centres, are not only responsible for keeping us healthy and happy, but also for our spiritual ascension, success and overall abundance. While there are various ways to activate, heal and empower them, in this blog, we look at the different Mudras (gestures) that can help us in this process. We are looking at the different Mudras for each Chakra, and the method to do them.
