That no good is going to come from this call, as 666 is associated with the devil. Many movies and novels have also portrayed the same.

However, in many spiritual and mystical traditions, including Kabbalah and numerology, the number 666 has a different meaning and significance. In these traditions, numbers are believed to hold symbolic meaning and can represent various aspects of life and the universe. In a nutshell, the number 6 has immense importance in Sanatana dharma. In the ancient epic of Mahabharata, the great sage Ashtavakra states the significance of number 6 in Sanatana Dharma. He says,

षडाधाने दक्षिणामाहुरेके षट् चैवेमे ऋतवः कालचक्रम् ।

 षडिन्द्रियाण्युत षट् कृत्तिकाश्चषट् साद्यस्काः सर्ववेदेषु दृष्टाः ।।

Shadadhane Dakshina Mahureke Shat Chaiveme Rutavaha Kalachakram|

Shadinyiyanrut Shat KruttikashchShat Sadhyaska SarvavedeshuDrishtaha||

Ashtavakra said, while starting the Yagya (Holy Fire Ritual), six cows must be donated, six seasons complete the wheel of time, there are six sensory organs, six numbers of Krutikas and there are six types of Sadyaska Vedas in the world.

Mind is considered to be one of the most important aspects of spiritual development. The mind has six enemies – Kama (lust), Krodha (anger), Lobha (greed), Moha (attachment), Mada (pride), and Matsarya (jealousy). Overcoming these enemies is essential to achieving spiritual progress.

Lord Kartikeya, also known as Murugan, is one of the important deities in Hinduism. He is believed to have six faces, representing the six aspects of human personality – wisdom, action, knowledge, desire, strength, and courage.

Sanatana recognizes 16 important life rituals called the Shodasha Sanskaras. Six of these Sanskaras are performed during the first year of a child’s life, marking important milestones such as naming the child and the first solid food. These Sanskaras are believed to be essential for a person’s physical, emotional, and spiritual development.
