Chakras are the energy centers in our body that are responsible for the flow of vital energy. There are seven chakras in the human body, and each one is connected to a specific physical and emotional aspect of our being. The chakras start from the base of the spine and go all the way up to the crown of the head.

Yoga is an ancient practice that originated in India and is now practiced globally. Yoga is derived from the word Yog, which means union of mind and body. It is a spiritual discipline that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation. One of the most significant benefits of yoga is that it helps balance the chakras. Each yoga pose is designed to activate and stimulate specific energy centers, helping to release any blockages in the chakras. Let’s explore that with examples.
