Begin your day by waking up early in the morning and preparing yourself for the puja. Take a bath and wear clean clothes. Ensure that the area where you will perform the Vishwakarma Puja is clean as well. Also, clean your tools and machines with the utmost respect, care, and dedication.
Gather all the necessary items for the puja, including Akshat (rice), flowers, sweets, fruits, dhoop (fragrance), ghee (clarified butter), oil lamp, sandalwood paste, and a picture or idol of Lord Vishwakarma.
Create a beautiful puja altar using fresh flowers and dress the Vishwakarma Vigraha (consecrated idol) in clean and colorful clothes and jewelry. Arrange the tools and equipment neatly in front of the puja altar.
With a calm mind, join your hands, close your eyes, and focus on your breath to center yourself.
With devotion and faith, offer flowers and sandalwood paste to the Vigraha or photo of Lord Vishwakarma and say, “O Vishwakarma ji, please come here and accept my worship.”
Apply Tilak (vermillion mark) and Akshat (rice) on all the available tools, symbolizing their sanctification. Pray to Lord Vishwakarma to bring wealth, glory, happiness, peace, and freedom from fear.
