Find a quiet and comfortable place where you can sit or lie down without any disturbance. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to relax your mind and body. You can chant the Beej (seed) Mantra ‘Yang’ to balance the heart Chakra. For the first five minutes, you should chant it loudly, and then, you can chant it in your mind for the next nine to ten minutes without moving your lips. After that, open your eyes, and continue with your day.
